I must say the seats were fantastic, I totally disagree with other reviewers who have said to avoid the stalls, by far the best seats we've had seeing this show. I don't think we missed a thing. Given a big enough budget, landing helicopters, flying cars or video screens do not prove a challenge to the set designer, whereas "Phantom's" "coups de theatre" are achieved almost entirely with VICTORIAN stage workings. The big disappointment was Katie Knight Adams, I have never seen someone sing and act so badly on stage (and I have seen many shows). With a seating capacity of 1,670 across three levels, it is the eighth largest theatre in London and has often been used to premiere new musicals before they transfer to the West End.
